We know that there are a few things that you may want to know before you contact us or order online. So we at Floral Fantasia have answered some of the most common questions that we have heard over the years for your perusal below.
Q: How much does an arrangement/ bouquet/ basket cost?
A: The cost of any of our packages and flowers varies depending on the occasion, the size, the amount of flowers, what is in the basket etc. At Floral Fantasia we will work to provide you the best quality arrangement for the best price.
Q: How soon can I get my purchase delivered?
A: We provide advance delivery, same day delivery and after hours delivery (on request). If you want to purchase in advance you can order up to the day before your desired delivery date. If you want it to be delivered same day, you would need to order with at least a 3 hour lead time. We also provide after hours delivery but only on requests made during regular business hours. Also, there is a 24 hour minimum lead time during peak periods - Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc.
Q: What is my package going to look like/ going to have inside etc?
A: There are two ways to determine how and what is going to make up your package or arrangement. We can provide a pre-made basket or arrangement based on the occasion etc. Or you can customize your basket or arrangement to include any of the items in our store. You can even add in something of your own to the basket for that extra special touch.
Q: What type of flowers do you use?
A: At Floral Fantasia we offer many varieties of flowers. We use fresh natural flowers as well as silk flowers. We also provide a wide range of flowers from roses to lilies and everything in between.
Q: Is there a delivery charge?
A: Yes, this charge is determined based on the distance of delivery. The minimum delivery charge is $10.
